Hello humans, I think Civilian/Underground should be able to buy armed vehicles such as a Strider HMG, but police are allowed to counter this with using a DAR Pawnee. I've heard some people talking about using Pawnees in the police force and I think this would be a balanced way to be able to bring them in, It would also mean more awesome fights. Let me know what you guys think
