  1. Pretty easy, assuming you have the texture file already and in the known destination via mission folder. Use the code below in the initialization box of the NPC you want to replace the texture of. this setObjectTextureGlobal [0,"TEXTURE_PATH_HERE"]; Example: this setObjectTextureGlobal [0,"textures\newUniform.jpg"]; Remember to add the file extension to the destination.
