How to add custom icons to discord channels

Not a hard thing to do at all but some people may want to know where to get the icons to use, They're called unicode emojis. These are seen commonly on smart phones when sending messages.

 

Here's a website of unicode emojis you can copy and paste into a channel. Simply find an emoji, highlight it and copy / paste into discord channel editor.
